We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

RETURN FEE

A $10 administration fee applies to every returned item.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly.
You must request any order changes or cancellations within 15 minutes after placing your order.

After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be changed.
You may still return the item(s) once delivered.


DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Place a new order for the correct item once your return is accepted


REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We inspect it within 7 business days

  • If approved, we issue your refund within that same timeframe

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please email us.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE

Our items ship from our international warehouse, which may result in longer transit times.

If your item is already in transit, we cannot issue a refund until you receive the order and send it back to us.
