We currently ship throughout the United States.
Delivery options and timelines depend on your location and order size.
All shipping details will be shown at checkout.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Weekends and holidays are excluded.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you of any delays.

We currently ship within the United States and offer the following options:

• Priority Shipping (Recommended)
Cost: $4.95


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is processed:

Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Estimated total delivery time:
• Free Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Priority Shipping: 3–6 business days

Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (EST)

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Most customers receive their order within 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, holidays, or weather conditions.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following addresses:

• PO Box addresses
• Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
• Certain restricted or carrier-limited regions

Please note: Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on U.S. regulations or carrier limitations.


FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• repeated failed delivery attempts
• the carrier being unable to access the delivery location

the package may be returned to us.

If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or discuss available options.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at:
